The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the CBI on the bail plea of RJD leader Lalu Prasad. He is undergoing a five-year jail term in the fodder scam case.

The apex court has asked the CBI to file its response on Prasad's plea within two weeks and posted the case for hearing on the 13th of next month.
