Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee will review credit offtake and farm sector lending at a meeting with Chief Ministers and heads of public sector banks and financial institutions in the southern region in Bangalore on Sunday.According to official sources in New Delhi, the meeting would discuss the progress of central- sponsored schemes, state-wise flow of credit to the agriculture sector and loan to weaker sections of society. Implementation of the Aam Admi Bima Yojana and co-contributory pension scheme, Swavalambam, will also come up for review.
