On the eighth day of e-auction of third phase of FM Radio, 83 channels spread over 56 cities, provisionally won the bidding. The auction fetched cumulative price of around 869 crore rupees against the aggregate reserve price of about 395 crore. Yesterday also, 83 Channels spread over 56 cities had won the bidding. So far 32 rounds of bidding are over. It will re-start today at 9.30 in the morning.<br/><br/>The first batch auction for 135 FM Channels in 69 existing cities of Phase II began on 27th of this month.
