FM Nirmala Sitharaman hands over more than 33,000 loan sanction letters worth over Rs 1550 crore in Kota

<span style="color: #222222;">Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Sunday handed over more than 33,000 loan sanction letters totalling more than 1,550 crore rupees under various central government schemes during the credit outreach programme in Kota, Rajasthan. The schemes under which the sanction letters have been issued include Mudra, KCC, PMEGP, KCC (Crop), KCC (AHD & Fisheries), Stand Up India,  and PMSVANidhi.<br />'' <br />'' The Finance Minister said that more than 2300 vendors will get loans under the PM Swanidhi scheme.<br />'' <br />'' The Finance Minister said that loans are being provided to the poor, women, farmers and pashupalak at low interest rates with guarantees, which will make it easier to run businesses even in small towns. The Finance Minister said that banks have been instructed to go to every panchayat to provide benefits of banking schemes and in the last three months, bank employees have identified people by visiting villages. She told the women to form Farmer Produce Organisations (FPOs) in small villages. The Finance Minister said that a big revolution is taking place in the country through startups.<br />'' On this occasion, the Union Minister flagged off half a dozen mobile vans.  Union Finance Minister along with Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla gave four mobile vans to Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank and One mobile van to Kota Nagrik Sahakari Bank.  <br />'' Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said in the program that the poor are becoming self-reliant through PM Swanidhi. The common man is also becoming an employer through Mudra Bank, he said.<br />'' <br />'' The Finance Minister interacted with students at a coaching institute. The Minister said that youth power has an important role in the development of the country. The country's borders are completely secure because of the army.<br />''<br />''Sitharaman said that the central government is working fast on digital education. She added that the government is committed not only to increase engineering and medical seats but also to provide skilled quality education. She said, Medical colleges will be opened in every district in the country and added that India ranks third in the world in higher education.</span><br />
