In Tamil Nadu, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman today said that the Union Government has been sharing 100 percent SGST revenue with the States. She said this while flagging off the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) rally in Chennai today. The Minister said added that Tamil Nadu had received Six lakh 23 thousand 700 crore rupees revenue through direct tax since 2014.&nbsp; She said that in Chennai alone 38 thousand people benefited through the Ujjwala Scheme. The Minister listed out the various schemes implemented by the Centre for all sections of the society. Ms Nirmala said that 1.25 crore Jan Dhan accounts have been created in the State so far.<br />''<br />''The Finance Minister said that collateral agreement-free loans were given for Mudra, stand-up India and PM Svanidhi schemes. The Minister stated that 2.67 crore mudra loans were distributed in the State. She informed that under the PM Svanidhi scheme 79 300 street vendors benefited in the State of which 67 per cent are women.<br />''<br />''Ms Sitharaman remarked that in the State, six lakh people have enrolled for Jeevan Jyoti Scheme.
