In a bid to improve the health care system, Finance Minister Arun Jaitely increased the Health Budget allocation to provide good medical facilities at affordable rates. AIR correspondent spoke to the Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan and the General Secretary Indian Medical Association Narinder Saini on two key aspects, free drugs and free diagnosis to the poor, which have been given top priority in the budget proposal.
