Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Tuesday ruled out farm loan waivers. <br/><br/>Replying to a media query in New Delhi, Mr Jaitley said the Centre is not considering any such plan and will adhere to fiscal targets.<br/>'<br/>The comments came as Punjab became the third state after Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra to announce waiver of loans given to farmers.<br/>'<br/>The government had in 2008 waived farm loan to the tune of 74,000 crore rupees.
