Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley reached Tokyo today on a six-day visit to Japan. He will attend the 22nd International Conference on 'The Future of Asia' on Monday.<br/><br/>He will also deliver keynote address at the roundtable on National Investment and Infrastructure Fund, NIIF.<br/><br/>The 40,000-crore rupees NIIF is an investment vehicle for funding commercially viable greenfield, brown-field and stalled projects.<br/><br/>The Government will have 49 per cent holding in the NIIF and the rest will be of private investors.<br/><br/>During his visit, Mr Jaitley will also meet Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and several key investors to discuss investment opportunities India presents to Japan.<br/><br/>He will also meet CEOs of various companies including telecom giant SoftBank and Suzuki Motor, the biggest Japanese investor in automobile sector in India.<br/><br/>The Finance Minister will return home on Saturday.
