Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has trained gun at former Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal.<br/><br/>Reacting to CBI court's judgment discharging a former top bureaucrat in the 2002 spectrum scam, Mr. Jaitley said the charge sheet was filed at the behest of Mr. Sibal as the then Telecom Minister. <br/><br/>In a Facebook post, he said Mr. Sibal tried to prove the 2G irregularities as a NDA Scam. <br/><br/>He said the CBI officers who acted on the dictates of the political masters will now face an enquiry but what about the Ministers who conspired to create a fabricated charge sheet. <br/><br/>The Minister said charge sheet was an attempt to attack the previous NDA regime by including the name of late Pramod Mahajan. <br/><br/>Mr. Jaitley said he had consistently maintained that the charge sheet was full of fabricated facts and the Court has vindicated his stand.
