Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today introduced the first batch of supplemtary demands for grants for 2017-18 in Lok Sabha and sought 11,166.18 crore rupees for gross additional expenditure out of which net cash outgo is 10,647.45 crore rupees. Mr Jaitley said that additional grants in aid of seven thousand crore rupees are for payment of differential royalty to state governments.
