The flood situation in Karimganj district of Barak Valley of Assam is still alarming following inundation of more new areas of Karimganj town on Wednesday morning. <br/><br/>The Deputy Commissioner in charge of Karimganj District, A.Nanda Babu Singh told AIR Correspondent, that the flood situation in the district is really alarming due to the overflowing of Kushiara River at Kalibarighat of Karimganj town this morning.<br/>
