Rains and water coming from upper hilly areas and Nepal have caused floods in various parts&nbsp;of Uttar Pradesh. Tarai and eastern part of state is most affected. According to State Relief department 788&nbsp; villages of 15 districts are affected by flood, out of which 454 villages are inundated. AIR correspondent reports that Ambedkar Nagar ,Ayodhya, Azamgarh, Bahraich ,Baliya ,Barabanki, Basti ,Devriya ,Gonda ,Gorakhpur ,Lakhimpur khiri ,Kushinagar ,Mau, Sant kabir nagar&nbsp; and Sitapur districts are&nbsp; hit by flood .<br />''&nbsp;<br />''&nbsp;Many Rivers including Sharda, Ghagra&nbsp;and Saryu are flowing above the danger marks at several places. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed officials to continue vigil&nbsp;on the embankments and provide all possible&nbsp;assistance to the flood affected people. He has asked for&nbsp;screening of all people living in shelter homes in&nbsp;flooded areas in wake of covid-19.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Flood affected people&nbsp;living in 331 shelter homes&nbsp; are being provided Ration Kits containing enough food grains and other items. According&nbsp; to relief Commissioner Office 779&nbsp; boats have been pressed into service to ferry affected people in flooded areas and&nbsp; 268 mobile medical teams have also been deployed . Fifteen&nbsp;teams of NDRF and SDRF and&nbsp; 7 PAC companies have been put on duty for relief work.</span><br />
