In Bihar, flood situation has worsened in 12 districts including Patna, Buxar, Munger, Bhojpur and Bhagalpur. The situation has further aggravated following continuous rise of water level of river Ganga. The water level of this river is just 53 centimetres below than the highest water level of 51.65 metres in Patna which was recorded in 2016.
