Flood situation is rapidly improving in Bihar. Barring one or two places, all the north Bihar rivers are now flowing below the danger mark. Intensive relief distribution work is going on in flood hit districts including Madhubani, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Sheohar and Sitamarhi. State Water Resources Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary has, however, asked the departmental engineers to remain vigilant till October 15th.
