In Punjab, the flood situation has improved in Patiala district as water has drained out from the affected areas. In Sangrur and Mansa districts, situation in flood affected areas is still alarming. <br/><br/>Three to five feet high water level is reported in 27 villages of Sangrur district. <br/><br/>Traffic on Hissar-Ludhiana national highway has been completely disrupted. A total of 10 breaches are reported in the embankments of Ghaggar river in Sangrur district.
