<span style="color: #222222;">With most of the rivers in Bangladesh flowing below danger level and marking a downward trend, flood situation has improved across the country.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">As per the latest flood bulletin released by the Flood Forecast and Warning Centre (FFWC) at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, rivers were flowing above danger level only at two points out of the total 101 points monitored by it.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Dhaleswari at Elasin and Padma at Goalundo were flowing above the danger mark till afternoon on Wednesday.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Over the four river basins in the country, water level receded at 60 monitoring locations while it showed an increase at 29 points.<br />'' <br />'' Most of the rivers in the Brahmaputra, Meghna and South Easter hill region basins showed a fall in the water level as on Wednesday.<br />'' <br />'' Buriganga marked a rise at both the points at Dhaka and Hariharpur while Padma water level rose at Bhagyakul, Mewa and Sureswar.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meghna river showed an increasing trend at Narsingdi, Baidyar Bazar and Meghna bridge.<br />'' <br />'' The FFWC has forecast that water level will remain steady in the Ganges-Padma river basin while the water level is expected to steadily fall in the Brahmaptura-Jamuna basin during the next 7 days.<br />'' <br />'' Bangladesh has undergone one of the longest floods this year which affected over 5 million people at its peak.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
