In Bihar, flood situation has further worsened in Madhubani, Sitamarhi and Darbhanga districts of the state following heavy rains in catchment area of Nepal. Water level of Bagmati,Kamla Balan and Gandak is flowing above danger marks. Surging water of these rivers are engulfing fresh areas.
