In Bihar, the flood situation has eased with receding water level of major rivers. The Central Water Commission said that except Bagmati, all rivers are flowing below danger levels. AIR Patna correspondent reports that rail traffic on Narkatiyaganj – Raxaul section of East – Central Railway has been restored. Rail traffic on this section was suspended following submerging of rail tracks due to flood. Meanwhile, Water Resources Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary said that there was no need to panic as the government was ready to face any eventuality. He said that a team of national Disaster Response Force is camping in Saharsa with boats.
