Flights suspended at China Airport due to runway crack

In China, all inbound and outbound flights from the Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport in Zhejiang Province were suspended today because of a crack in the runway. The airport deals with more than 300 flights daily. An Airport spokesman said, the cause of the crack was not yet known, the technicians however said it might be due to the prolonged low temperatures during the winter.
