He said four attackers were shot dead by security forces.<br/><br/>Doctors at the city hospital said they had received the bodies of five policemen and 30 injured people, including 20 civilians.<br/><br/>Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack. In a statement sent to the media, Taliban claimed, more than 100 policemen were killed and several injured in the attack. <br/>

The US Navy has said its divers have accessed a flooded compartment on the USS Fitzgerald and found the bodies of number of sailors missing in a collision between the Navy destroyer and a merchant vessel. It is not clear how many bodies were recovered. <br/><br/>According to the Navy, the search will continue today both on the ship and at sea until all of the missing sailors are found.The USS Fitzgerald collided yesterday with the merchant vessel ACX Crystal off the coast of Japan. <br/><br/>Seven sailors had been missing for more than 24 hours after the accident that caused heavy damage to the USS Fitzgerald, caving in part of its right side and flooding berthing spaces and the radio room.<br/><br/>The accident sparked a major US-Japanese search and rescue operation. Several other US crew members were injured and had to be evacuated by air to hospital, including the vessel's commanding officer.
