In Uttarakhand, five persons are feared killed in a house-collapse near Sahastradhara in Dehradun district following heavy rain on Monday night. According to the district authorities, two bodies have been recovered so far. Rescue operation is going on in the affected area. Meanwhile, Director, Met Department, Mr. Anand Sharma told AIR that 110 mm rain was recorded in Mussoorie and nearby areas. He predicted that moderate to heavy rain may occur at different places in the next 24 hours.
