Five killed in Ecuador plane crash

Five Ecuadoran military personnel were killed today when a small air force plane crashed in the Amazon jungle. Officials said the Twin Otter aircraft was flying near Tena, capital of the Amazonian province of Napo, when it crashed. There was one survivor who was brought to a hospital in Tena. The Ecuadoran Air Force said a board of inquiry had been formed to determine the cause of the crash.
