In Meghalaya five dissident Congress MLAs have found berth in the 12 member cabinet headed by congress leader Dr Mukul Sangma. R.C Laloo, Prestone Tynsong and the lone woman MLA Ampareen Lyngdoh retained their berths.<br/><br/>Congressman Rowell Lyngdoh, who was a former Home Minister, has retained with the deputy chief minister’s post. Meanwhile the senior congress leader Dr D D Lapang does not figure in the list of ministers.<br/><br/>Chief Minister Mukul Sangma will arrive on Friday from his New Delhi visit and the swearing in of the eight remaining ministers is likely to be held on Saturday.<br/>
