<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">The five-day North East India Film Festival 2024 concluded on Thursday at the Palace Auditorium of Manipur State Film Development Society in Imphal.</span></p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;"><br />''</span></p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">In the competition category of the film, the Garo film – Rapture directed by Dominic Sangma won the Best Film Award. The Best Director award was bagged by Haobam Pawan Kumar for his Manipuri film Joseph's Son. Eight films from the different States of North East Region competed in the competition category of the festival.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">The festival was organised by THOUNA, Manipur in association with two State Department and Film Forum Manipur under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. The films were screened at two different places in Manipur and recorded a high number of audiences.</span></p>
