In Nepal, the five day long Diwali or Teohar festival concluded on Monday with the observance of the Bhai Tika. On this day, sisters offer seven coloured Tika on the forehead of their brothers wishing them long life, happiness and prosperity. President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav, Prime Minister Mahdav Kumar Nepal and leaders of various political parties greeted the people on this occasion and called upon all Nepalese to work together to complete the peace process and timely writing of the new constitution for establishing lasting peace and stability in the country.
