Five Bangladeshi cricketers have found a place in the final list of 590 cricketers for the Indian Premier League (IPL) mega auction released on Tuesday. The mega auction will take place on Feb 12 and 13 in Bengaluru. Earlier, the IPL had released a list of 9 Bangladeshi players registered for the auction but finally, four have been dropped from the list.

The list includes Shakib Al Hasan, Mustafizur Rahman, Taskin Ahmed, Shoriful Islam, and Liton Das. Amongst them, Mustafizur and Shakib have a base price of INR 2 crore, which is the highest permissible. The other three players' base price was set at INR 50 lakh.

Overall, 48 players have INR 2 crore as their base price, 20 players have a base price of INR 1.5 crore and 34 players have the base price of  INR 1 crore for the IPL mega auction.
