In Assam, five persons, who were abducted by extremists after their attack on the India Reserve Battalion camp at Checkerchum, have been released. <br/> <br/>The extremist outfit, Hmar Peoples Convention (Democratic) group, suspected to be involved with the attack, has denied its involvement in the attack. <br/> <br/>The intensive combing operation is on to nab the extremist who carried out the attack and looted arms and ammunition. <br/><br/>
