The first session of Karnataka legislature in 2020 will begin today with Governor Vajubhai Vala addressing joint sitting of Legislative Assembly and Council. The session is scheduled in two phases. The first phase will be for three days beginning today. <br />'' <br />'' The second phase will be from March 2nd to 31st. The state budget will be presented by Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa on March 5th. There are six bills to be tabled in both the Houses. Assembly Speaker Viveshwar Hegde Kageri has informed that two days will be dedicated to a discussion on our Constitution, to mark the 70th year of its inception.<br />
