In Rajasthan, the first round of talks between Gujjar Leader Colonel Kirodi Singh Bainsla and Power Minister, Dr. Jitendra Singh has failed. Colonel Bainsla said that the talks were positive but they could not arrive at any solution. He said that he has placed his demands before the government and has asked Dr. Jitendra Singh to come with a response. He announced that Gujjar agitators will not the leave the railway tracks till the issue is settled in favour of Gujjars. Three senior officers of the rank of Principal Secretary were also present during the dialogue. Meanwhile, bandh was observed in five towns of the state as a part of the Gujjar agitation. Train and bus services also remained paralysed for seventh day today.
