In Rajasthan, polling is in process for first phase of election of Panchayat Raj Institutions. In first five hours, about 30 per cent polling has been reported.Polling is going on peacefully and no untoward incident reported so far.Today in the first phase, more than one crore 12 lakh voters will elect 2254 members of Zila Parishads and Panchayat Samities.
