The first medal for India on the fourth day of the commonwealth games came in Archery Women’s compound Team event. The Indian team comprising B. Chanu, Jhano Hansdah and Gagandeep Kaur beat Malaysia 223 -219 in the compound team event. India had lost to Canada in the semi-finals earlier.
