The first day of Budget Session of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly was marked by commotion today. AS soon as the proceedings statrted, the Congress members descended into the well of the house shouting slogans against the State Government. The house was to hold a discussion on One Nation, One Election idea.<br />''<br />''The Congress members, however, disrupted the proceedings by throwing pieces of paper before the Speaker's chair and shouting slogans against the government. Speaker Vishweshwar Hedge Kageri appealed to the members to express their displeasure from their seats instead of preventing other members from taking part in the discussion.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">He warned Congress member Sangamesh, who was seen removing his shirt in the well of the house. When the Congress members did not relent, the Speaker adjourned the house for 15 minutes saying that the behaviour of Congress is not in tune with the ideals of Parliamentary democracy.</span><br />
