This is the first case confirmed in the state.<br />''State Health minister Dr R. Lalthangliana said this is in a media briefing this morning. He had himself self isolated as soon as he reached home and has been in contact with doctors through phone. His sample was taken on 22nd and result was out on 24th. His wife and two children are also kept in isolation under close watch.</span><br />
