<span style="color: #222222;">The first convocation ceremony of All India Institute of Medical Sciences-AIIMS Raipur was held on Tuesday. On this occasion, Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Dr. Bharti Praveen Pawar awarded degrees to 850 students and honoured ten students with gold medals. Addressing the function, the Union Minister of State asked to make every effort to make AIIMS a center of excellence for research as well as treatment.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Dr. Pawar said that AIIMS-Raipur has treated a large number of patients during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Dr. Pawar told that at present patients are reaching AIIMS Raipur for treatment not only from different areas of Chhattisgarh but also from neighboring states – Maharashtra, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and Punjab.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On this occasion, the Union Minister of State inaugurated the new Dental OPD at AIIMS Raipur. During his visit to Raipur, the Union Minister of State also visited the Health and Wellness Center and the District Hospital and inspected the facilities being provided to the patients.</span><br />
