The first Ashes Cricket Test between Australia and England ended in a draw at the Gabba in Australia today. England's Alastair Cook became the fourth Englishman to score a Test double-century in Australia. Cook played a blistering innings of 235 not out along with centurians, Andrew Strauss and Jonathan Trott. In the post-lunch session on the fifth and final day, England declared their second innings for 517 taking a lead of 296 runs in the second innings.Australia were 107 for 1 at stumps on the final day.
