A minor fire today broke out this after noon at the second floor of the Vikas Bhawan located at ITO area of the national capital. According to the Delhi Fire official, no casualty was reported. A total of 18 fire tenders were pressed into service to douse the flame . The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
