In New Delhi, four children were charred to death when a fire broke out in a slum cluster in the wee hours at Sarita Vihar in New Delhi. Fire Officials said that the fire broke about at about 2 A.M. in the morning in which two jhuggis were gutted. Eight fire tenders were pressed into the service to douse the flame and it was brought under control within 45 minutes. Cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.<br/>
