In Uttar Pradesh an FIR has been lodged against ruling Bahujan Samaj Party MLA Chandra Bhadra Singh, his brother and his nine other associates for their alleged involvement in kidnapping and killing of a state government employee due to election rivalry.AIR Lucknow correspondent reports Faizabad police have lodged criminal cases at Bikapur police station. It said that concerned employee, a resident of Sultanpur district was posted at Faizabad and was on Panchayat Election duty. It is alleged that he was kidnapped at Faizabad and his dead body was found at his native village Majhwara under Kurebhar police station in Sultanpur.
