In Uttar Pradesh, an FIR has been lodged against the BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, his 9 associates and 20 unknown persons in case of road accident in Raibareli.<br />'' <br />'' Two persons were killed and the survivor of Unnao rape case got critically injured in the accident on Sunday. The State government yesterday decided to handover the investigation of the road accident to the CBI.<br />'' <br />'' The accident left the woman and her lawyer with critical injuries and killed her two aunts who were also travelling with her in the car.<br />'' <br />'' BJP MLA Kuldeep Sing Sengar, his brother Manoj Singh Sengar and 8 others have been charged with various sections of IPC including murder, attempt to murder and criminal conspiracy along with 15 to 20 unknown persons in FIR.<br />'' <br />'' The case has been registered in gurubaksh ganj police station in Raibareli district on basis of the complaint given by the rape survivor's uncle Mahesh Singh, who is lodged in Rae Bareli jail.<br />'' <br />'' The rape survivor's mother claimed that the accident was a conspiracy to eliminate the victim and others. Forensic teams are also investigating whether a car crash was accident or death trap by the truck whose registration plate was allegedly scrubbed and painted black.<br />'' <br />'' Police have arrested the truck driver and the owner. Meanwhile, the state government has announced free treatment for the injured victim.<br />'' <br />'' BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, currently lodged in jail is the prime accused in connection with the rape of a minor girl in Unnao, which was committed last year.<br />''  <br />
