Aam Aadmi Party leader Ashutosh has alleged that the FIR against former Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti is nothing but an attempt to deviate attention from the Seemapuri case. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Mr Ashutosh, said the police has arrested three of its party MLAs with a malafide intention. <br/><br/>He also said the party will approach the National Human Rights Commission to seek justice if the police does not register an FIR regarding a video showing police beating a man in Nand Nagri of Delhi on Monday who later died under mysterious circumstances. <br/><br/>Meanwhile in Somnath Bharti case , the Joint CP Dependra Pathak has said the police will probe the allegations thoroughly first before decide to arrest Mr Bharti. <br/><br/>Yesterday the Delhi Police have registered an FIR against AAP MLA Somnath Bharti three months after his wife Lipika Mitra filed a case of domestic violence against him.
