Some people have lodged an FIR against the father of the girl who levelled the allegation of sexual assault against self-styled godman Asaram. The girl's father came to know about the FIR after police served a warrant on him. It has been lodged in Jammu? & Kashmir?. He has sought legal advice from a lawyer. He, however, couldn't confirm the police station where the case has been registered.? <br/><br/>He alleged that the case is fake and it has been registered against him with an intention to harass him. He alleged that henchmen of Asaram had lodged a case against him and his family members at Surjapur police station of Rajasthan a few months ago. But with the help of legal experts, he solved the matter.? On Thursday, the girl's father wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, demanding a CBI inquiry into the case, so that he could get justice.
