<span style="color: #222222;">In Uttar Pradesh, An FIR has been filed against seven police officials including one DSP rank officer in the case of death of a person, allegedly in police custody in Hapur district. National Human rights commission issued notice to DGP and Chief secretary of the state in this case 2 days back.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The FIR has been filed against DSP Santosh Kumar,  SHO, Pilkhuwa Yogesh Balian, one Sub Inspector Ajab singh and four policemen whose names not given. FIR was registered under sections for murder and assault based on the written complaint of younger brother of deceased Pradeep Tomar.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On Sunday, one Pradeep Tomar had died under mysterious circumstances in Chijarsi police booth after he had been called for questioning in connection with the murder of a relative.</span><br />
