The Finance Ministry has clarified that the Department of Expenditure circular on Economic measures for further Expenditure Management issued yesterday deals only with internal procedure for creation of posts. It said, the circular does not affect or curtail recruitment in any way.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The Finance Ministry has further stated that there is no restriction or ban on filling up of Central Government posts. It said, normal recruitments through government agencies including Staff Selection Commission, UPSC, Railway Recruitment Board among others will continue as usual without any curbs.</span><br />
