In Bihar, the tenth and the final phase of Panchayat elections ended peacefully on Wednesday evening amidst tight security arrangements. Elections were held at 504 Gram Panchayats spread in 30 blocks of the state. AIR Patna correspondent reports that moderate voter turnout was reported since morning due to the intense heat.
