In Jharkhand, filing of nominations for the fourth phase polls begins on Tuesday with the issuance of notification. 14 Assembly constituencies in the state will go to polls in this phase on the 12th December. The last date for filing of nominations is the 24th November and the last day for withdrawal of nomination papers is the 27th November. Filing of nominations for the third phase of elections for 11 assembly constituencies is in progress. For this phase candidates can file their nominations till 20th November. For the second phase of elections scheduled for 2nd December, twelve nomination papers were rejected after scrutiny. Now 358 candidates are in the fray. Candidates can withdraw their nominations till Wednesday. 470 candidates are in the fray for the first phase of elections scheduled for 25th November in 26 assembly constituencies. Highest number of 25-25 candidates in Godda and Nundi constituencies while lowest number of 11 candidates is in Jugsalai constituency.<br/><br/>
