In the FIH Men's Hockey World Cup, India will face New Zealand for a quarterfinal spot today in Bhubaneswar. The match will begin at 7 pm.

In another match, Malaysia will lock horns with Spain at 4.30 pm. Both team will be playing for a spot in the last eight.  

Australia, Belgium, the Netherlands and England have already entered the quarterfinals.

The remaining four spots are being finalised through crossover matches involving teams who were placed second and third in their respective pools. India stand 2nd in Pool D while New Zealand stand third in Pool C.
