Fight for Cup: India-S Africa play today

Today, India will meet South Africa in a Group 'B' match of ICC Cricket World Cup at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Ground in Nagpur. All India Radio will broadcast live commentary on the Day-Night fixture. The commentary can be heard on Rajdhani and FM Gold channels from 2 PM onwards. In Group 'B' matches on Friday, Bangladesh recorded a thrilling two-wicket victory over England while West Indies beat Ireland by 44 runs. In the Day-Night fixture at Chittagong, Bangladesh pulled off a sensational two-wicket victory over England. Chasing a modest 226, the co-hosts were precariously placed at 169 for 8. But a 58-run unbeaten ninth wicket partnership between Shaiful Islam and Mahmudullah steered the side to a dramatic victory. Earlier, England were all out for 225 in 49.4 overs. With four points from four matches, Bangladesh kept alive their hopes for a quarter-final berth. Earlier in a Day Encounter at Mohali, West Indies beat Ireland by 44 runs. After making 275 in their 50 overs, they dismissed Ireland for 231 in 49 overs. The West Indies have now six points from four matches.
