The fifth TFT Winter National Theatre Festival 2009 is going on at Chandigarh. It commenced yesterday with the popular play ‘Chehray’ written by Dr. Shankar Shesh and directed by Mr. Sudesh Sharma. Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Haryana, Mr. K.k. Khandelwal was the chief guest on the occasion. The festival has been organized by the Chandigarh Administration in collaboration with the Theatre for Theatre group. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Khandelwal appreciated the efforts put in by the Administration for presenting such a cultural event at Chandigarh.<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>
