Azerbaijan is emerging as an important supplier of crude oil to India.<br />''<br />''ONGC Videsh Limited has significant interests in Azerbaijan's hydrocarbon sector. About 1400 Indians are living in Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan is also attracting growing numbers of Indian tourists.</span><br />
