In the FIFA – Under-17 World Cup Football, two quarterfinals matches will be played today. In the first tie, Under 17 European Champions Spain will take on Iran at Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium at Kochi. The match will be played at 5 PM.In another quarter-final clash, Germany will take on Brazil in Kolkata. The match is slated to begin at 8 in the evening. Mali and England have already reached the semifinals of the tournament. England entered into the semi-finals after a 4-1 victory over USA in Goa while Mali entered the last-four stage of the championship beating Ghana 2-1 in the quarter-final match at Guwahati yesterday. It is the first time that England has reached this stage of the competition. England will now face the winner of today's quarterfinal match between Brazil and Germany in the semi-final on Wednesday.
